Accepted Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for items that have a manufacturing defect. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you can exchange it for the same item.

To exchange an item due to a manufacturing defect, you must:

  2. Provide an unedited video recording of you unboxing the product. This video must clearly show the manufacturing defect.
  3. Once we receive and review the unboxing video, we will determine if the exchange is eligible.
